Amiya Fulton: The personal touch

HR Professionals are usually folks who hang out behind the scenes. Not Amiya. She recognizes the value of being a leader in her field and stands out for her efforts. I first met Amiya as she was conducting research for her thesis. She interviewed me and dozens of other Resident Assistants about our positions and used our responses to produce a one-of-a-kind CHC thesis on residential life at UO housing. Before then, though, I always recognized her as a friendly and memorable face who brought the brightness to housing meetings.
