At the eye of the storm

Erin Morrison, a Clark Honors College senior, was setting out to witness the launch of NASA’s Europa Clipper mission for a project associated with her senior thesis. The surprise of Hurricane Milton was something nobody expected, especially not Morrison, who would be bracing for her first natural disaster. We had the chance to recount her experience when she returned from the trip, as she recalled details about sitting through the storm from a high-rise hotel room and getting to watch the historic NASA launch just a few days later.
